Want to order a gift and have us send it direct to the recipient on your behalf? Here's how to do it:
- Add your chosen gift/s to your cart and proceed to checkout
- In the contact information area please provide YOUR OWN DETAILS - we need to be able to contact you if necessary regarding your order and provide you with updates regarding it's delivery status.
- Select the payment processer you would like to use, STRIPE or PAYPAL
- Enter your card details
- Untick the box that says "Billing address same as shipping"
- Enter THE RECIPIENT'S NAME AND ADDRESS
- Underneath your order summary there is a "notes or instructions" box - enter the personal message you would like us to include and any other relevant information in this area. (If you haven't ordered a box and/or card, we will automatically gift wrap the item/s for you and handwrite your personal message on a gift tag at no extra charge.)
Within minutes of placing your order you will receive an automated email with details of your order, exactly as you placed it.
Rest assured we thoroughly check all order details and if a gift message is missing or we spot a potential error, we won't send it without checking with you first :)
We don't include receipts with gift orders.
